In Which I Show You Once Again How Adorable and Talented My Children Are

Alternate title: Our Church’s Christmas Program. With Video!

Saturday night the kids had their Christmas program at church. Which was the perfect excuse to pull out Squeezy’s “pretty pink dress,” which she loves. Can you blame her?

The child is SUCH a ham.

Meanwhile, her big brother went up on stage looking like this. He ran into the pew with his class before I could tuck and straighten and all that. Although apparently the button on his pants came off so I’m not sure tucking his shirt in would have worked anyway.

Poor kid. He’s obviously highly traumatized.

Squeezy’s class did the typical and absolutely essential “Away in a Manger.” Squeezy was not into performing with the other kids. She is just much more avant-garde. (I have no idea if I spelled that right.)

Basically she just flirted with the audience the entire time.

The boys’ class sang “Silent Night.”

And yes, there is only one girl in that class. Don’t feel too sorry for her though. She has two big brothers and can hold her own. πŸ™‚

At the end all the classes got up and sang “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” Well, all the older classes. The little kids got up and looked cute and adorable, but I don’t think they did much singing.

And now, for the video! You know you’ve been dying for it! πŸ™‚

(Thanks to Bubs, who let us use the new camera he got for his birthday to take this video. Our little old Flip isn’t doing so well these days.)

Merry Christmas!
